NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT) 2015

Details of the most important dates
Registration starts: July 2, 2014
Late Registration: 4th October 2014
Delivery of the test: 7 October 2014

Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai (India premier B-school ranked as the 7th best recent global survey of business) has invited applications for NMIMS Management Skills Test (NMAT) (India's second test online MBA (TCC) entrance) 2015 for admission to its various MBA majoring in Actuarial Science, banking, capital markets, human resources, pharmaceutical management.

NMAT is designed in a multiple choice question format that includes language skills; Quantitative skills, proficiency data & data interpretation and logical reasoning.

The NMAT is valid for entry into the following programs:

MBA full time
MBA (Core)
MBA (Actuarial Science)
MBA (Banking)
MBA (Capital)
MBA (Pharmaceutical Management)
MBA (HR)
PGDM (Bangalore & Hyderabad Campus)

The test will be conducted within 3 months from 7 October 2014 which allows a choice of two students began to wish one of them would. In these cases, the best three scores being considered for admission NMIMS MBA Core, MBA-Actuarial Science, MBA-Banking, MBA-Capital Market, MBA-HR, MBA-Pharmaceutical Management in Mumbai campus and PGDM campus Bangalore & Hyderabad.

eligibility:

MBA (FB): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in first attempt
MBA (Actuarial Science): Degree in Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering / Economics / brand computer with minimum 50% aggregate in the first attempt.
You can also apply as candidates qualified ACA Professional (Institute of economists of India) & ICWA (Institute of Cost & Works Accounting India).
MBA (Banking): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in first attempt
MBA (Capital Markets): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in first attempt
MBA (Pharmaceutical Management) (selection process is separate): Graduate in Pharmacy, Sciences, Life Sciences, Medical Doctors MBBS, BDS, BSMS, BHMS, BAMS, vagrants, Engineering and Biotechnology m.SC a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in the whole in the first attempt. Graduate degree in economics, psychology and sociology may also apply.
MBA (HR) (selection process is separate): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in first attempt
PGDM (Bangalore & Hyderabad Campus): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in first attempt

Are common to all programs the following criteria:

Candidates appearing for the examination of graduation can also apply, but admission to the programs will be subject to obtaining the required minimum cut-marks and also producing all necessary documents in original, within the stipulated given.
Candidates who have passed or have appeared for examination of graduation from a university where the average grade is given, those candidates must produce written the University concerned the percentage equivalent to the CGPA / GPA obtained.
The candidate should have a degree marks the first attempt, with at least 50% or incorporates an act of the legislature in the central Indian state or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of any university or other educational institutions established in section 3 of the UGC act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
It is the sole responsibility of the candidates to determine if they have the necessary and required for admission to NMIMS.
If at any time is a candidate not meet the eligibility criteria or the information provided by him / her to your online registration is incorrect, the application for admission to the program, even if selected , be built canceled. Candidates appearing for NMAT, group discussion & Personal interview at your own risk and will eventually lose its acceptance by you meet the eligibility criteria.
NMIMS reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility of applicants without intimation.

How to apply:

Pearson VUE will carry out the online registration & carried out on behalf of NMIMS NMAT. Interested candidates should visit the NMIMS website for online registration. To appear for NMAT online application must be submitted duly payment & registration fees must be made in any of the prescribed manner within stipulated time.

Candidates can apply for more than one program / Campus as its eligibility giving preferences. You can not change the preferences once given below.

Note: There will be three radio buttons for registration and. and MBA (full time), both teams & PGDM (MBA & PGBM feet). A candidate wishing to apply for more than one campus must select the third option and both must pay registration fees according to the table above.

The tuition for NMAT 2015 will be:

Registration normal
RS.2000 / -for normal tuition for MBA programs feet (Mumbai Campus) PGDM program or (in the case of the first two options above)
RS. 2400 / - for MBA & PGDM program both feet (in the case of the third option)

late registration
RS. 2550 / for late registration for MBA programs feet (Mumbai Campus) or PGDM program
RS. 3000 / - for MBA & PGDM program both feet

The mode of payment will be as under:
1. Credit Card
2. Cash in Bank
3. project demand

All those who register will be called successfully for the test, provided that they satisfy the conditions of eligibility. It is the candidate's responsibility to check that it is eligible according to the eligibility criteria stated above.

Payment bank shaft - if you decide to pay in cash in one of the designated branches of Axis Bank
Credit card - if you choose to pay by credit card
Project demand - if you choose to pay through a demand draft

NMAT 2014 will be held at the following centers (cities)

Test centers:

North Delhi, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Lucknow
West: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Nagpur
South Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin
Central Indore, Bhillai, Bhopal
East Calcutta, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Guwahati.

The details of place (School / College • co) in each situation will be communicated to the candidates through confirmation email sent after the candidate has planned.

Note:

The University reserves the right to cancel any site review for any reason and applicant must take the test in any other rooms available. Decision of the Institute in this regard will be final.
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the combination of the row NMAT and preferences.

Note: Group discussion & Personal interview foot Mumbai campus MBA programs will be held in Mumbai only.

The result for NMAT 2014 declared the site as important dates on the website. Shortlisted candidates need to download the call letter from the web http://www.nmims.edu. The dates for the subsequent process will be posted on the website soon. No separate call letter will be sent.

The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of application data in terms of academic qualifications, work experience, and marks obtained in NMAT GD / PI.

The selection criteria will be based on merit. The cutoff point for determining merit will lie solely with NMIMS. Also, candidates who have requested more than one program, in its application, the selection is based on the score of merit obtained by them as well as the availability of seats. In this regard, the decision will be final and indisputable NMIMS be binding on all concerned.

Candidates are advised to visit the website NMIMS http://www.nmims.edu to know the details of the various steps of the selection process. All communication will be candidates through NMIMS website. No separate communication will be sent in this regard.
