KTET Kerala or teacher right test - analysis to assess the quality of the teacher candidates is less than the primary, upper primary and secondary schools in Kerala. Will be conducted separate test to select teachers for category I (LowerPrimary classes), II category (upper primary classes) III category (secondary school) and Category IV (for teachers of foreign languages - Arabic, Sanskrit, Hindi, Urdu (UP to classes) , teacher (Art & Craft), and physical education teachers.
Kerala KTET 2013 right
Tests will be four categories - Category I, II category category category III & IV. All persons who possess the minimum qualifications designated for each category are eligible to receive tests.
Category I (for lower primary classes) qualification
Above average / upper secondary (or equivalent) at least 45% marks and two-year teacher certificate (TTC) [, regardless of name known] examination conducted by the Board, Govt. Kerala or its equivalent. Or above average / upper secondary (or equivalent) at least 45% marks and 2 years diploma in primary education (for whatever name known), according to the selection (recognition of rules and procedures) or above average / upper secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor of primary Education (B.El.Ed.) or above average / upper secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year diploma in Education (special Education) .
Category II (for upper primary classes) qualification
B.A / B.Sc. / B.Com. and 2-year degree in elementary education / TrainedTeachers Certificate (TTC) [on whatevername known] Council held ofExamination, Govt. Kerala or its equivalent. OR BA / B.Sc / B.Com with at least 45% marks and 1 year of a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.), In accordance with the selection (recognition, rules and procedures) regulations from time to time in this respect. Or above average / upper secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) or above average / upper secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50 % marks and 4 year BA / B.Sc.Ed or BA Ed or B.Sc.Ed.
Category III (for secondary school) qualification
BA / BSc / B.Com with at least 45% marks and a first degree in the subject (from one of the universities in Kerala or purchased from other university qualification recognized as equivalent thereto. OR for mathematics, physics, chemistry , botany and zoology, those who MSc.Ed. degree in the subject, with no less than 50% marks from a regional education institutions authors NCERT will be eligible to apply. For botany and zoology subjects, those with a degree in MSc.Ed. life sciences characters not less than 50% of any of the regional education institutions are eligible to apply.
For language teachers in Arabic, Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu (up to the upper primary level), specialist teachers and physical education teachers (up to secondary school level) for teachers of arts and crafts education, existing, applicable rules of law established by the state government to the time when allocation laysdown minimum qualifications.
This test is for the category of candidates who intends to be a language teacher to the upper primary classes and comply with the minimum requirements (for teachers & specialist physical education teachers, test selection is applied to the high school level).
Those who qualified for positions for language teachers, Arabic, Hindi, Sanskrit & Urdu (the entry level to the top), a teacher of physical education teachers & eligible for this category.
