A study in the best business schools emptied a surprising fact. A significant proportion of students from leading business schools in India scores below the standard sales acumen and customer focus expansion of the talent gap between the country's B-graduates. The study showed that 35 percent of students from school level I and level II 60 percent of students scored below the industry standard in sales acumen PTI reported. The study also noted that Level I schools, 55 percent of students score below the expectations of the industry in emotional control. Emotional control, stress and training areas are prospective for Second level schools too, but here the students fail in 63 percent, 55 percent, 55 percent, respectively.
In addition to scoring at least 50 percent of students below industry standards in schools II level in people understanding, usefulness and intelligent problem solving, the report said.
